<itunes:summary>This show kicks of the 07-08 school year with a bang?...no, with a sound check. But things get rolling with an introduction to the extensive staff of Lawrence Late. Next up are some welcome week facts, Corey Lehnert from the Lawrentian, and our friends the Libey-trons. We also hear from our favorite supremacist, the Ghost of Senator McCarthy. Later on we get musical guest Skyler Silvertrust, who ironically does not play music. Welcome back everybody and thanks for listening!</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>In this episode, we take an opportunity to poke fun at an important part of the Lawrence Difference, Freshman Studies. Freshman Studies is a two term, intensive reading/writting/discussion class required of all LU freshman. Though it's goal of preparing students for their upcoming Liberal Arts education is well founded...it is a subject that begs for satirical criticism. Also on this show is guest Meg Bohnam. Meg is the treasurer for Lawrence's Habitat for Humanity project, who have just recently acquired enough funds to build a Habitat House here on campus! The excitement builds when the Time Machine that the staff ordered finally arrives at the station and is put to good use, gleaning some important historical knowledge from famed author William Shakespeare. Unfortunately all of these good times are foiled by the arrival of Drew's over-zealous arch nemesis, The Puzzler.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Tonight's guest is Julie Stringfellow, the Mudd Library's archivist and organizer of this year's Haunted House. A fairly dark episode of "Three Ghosts of Former Politicians is Company" airs this week. We hear a great rap from the Vanderhorsteinleider Family. Also, more distasteful WLFM commercials.</itunes:summary>
